Hello World,

On Sunday I went to visit Grandma and see the Queen. I put on my Union Jack T-shirt and travelled to London with Mummy, Daddy and my brother Jack.
It was wet and everyone had umbrellas and flags and were very happy.

Grandma lives next to the ducks and the seagulls so we could stand on her balcony and watch all the boats go by.

Downstairs Grandpa and Grandma’s special friend Vonny – who helps the poor children in Kolkata where Ravi lives – put up a tent with sad pictures of boys and girls. And sold cup-cakes and doughnuts and water and ice cream for VITAL, to feed all the  children in India who couldn’t see the Queen like Jack and me.  Vonny even sold her own cup of tea for charity.

Upstairs there were lots of boys and girls and my cousins Robin and Woody, whose real name is Edward, and we played running around. When we all bounced up and down on Grandma’s bed she didn’t understand I was training for my BIG RACE and she stopped us. And she wasn’t happy when we took all of her jewels out of her drawers to play pirate treasure. Later, someone broke the bridle on her old rocking horse, but she said she could mend it.

Then all the boats came and we waved our flags but we couldn’t see the Queen. Mummy said she had gone below for a cup of tea because she was so cold.
We saw Princess Anne in a little boat and Kate and Wills. And Harry who has the same name as me but he is big.

Then everyone went home and we stayed for a bath and got into our jim jams. Vonny phoned to say that we had collected £1400 for the Kolkata children which seemed a lot of money. And I asked Daddy whether Vonny had sold her cup of tea to the Queen, because she has lots of money and crowns and things.

My name is Harry,

And I am 3 years old.
